本研究室では、食品廃棄物の有効活用と環境汚染が人間の行動に与える影響を主な研究テーマとしています。特に、食品廃棄物を飼料に変換するプロセスにおける生産効率の課題をデータ包絡線分析(DEA)を用いて解明しており、持続可能な資源循環の実現に貢献することを目的としています。また、大気汚染が道徳的行動に与える影響についても国際的規模の調査を実施し、環境要因と人間行動の関連を科学的に解明しています。
