Ueki教授の研究室は、高温・高機能性流体の熱・流れ特性を解明することを柱としています。特に、溶融塩ナノ流体の熱伝導率向上や、核融合炉用冷却材であるPbLi合金の流れ計測技術開発に注力しています。超音波ドップラーベロシメトリー(UDV)を用いた高温液体金属の非接触速度測定技術の確立が、主な研究テーマです。

This paper describes a high-temperature ultrasonic Doppler Velocimetry (HT-UDV) technique that has been successfully applied to measure velocity profiles of the lead-lithium eutectic alloy (PbLi) flows.
