Konno教授の研究室は、子宮体がんの発がんメカニズムと治療抵抗性の分子機構に焦点を当て、非コードRNA(miRNA、piRNA、lncRNA)の機能とそのシグナル伝達経路の解明を進めています。特に、miR-101 や MEG3 といった非コーディングRNAが腫瘍抑制や薬剤感受性に与える影響を、がん細胞内在的メカニズムとして解明しています。また、GLUT1 や PD-L1 といった代謝・免疫関連分子の制御機構についても、がんの進行と治療反応に与える影響を分子レベルで解明しています。

Our strategy seems reasonable to omit lymphadenectomy and could be generalized in clinical practice.
