Yuki Shimizu教授の研究室では、高精度な光学的測定技術に焦点を当て、主にマルチ軸位置決め・形状測定を目的とした光学センサーや干渉リソグラフィー技術の開発を行っています。特に、平面状のスケールグレーティングを用いた2次元表面エンコーダーや、超高分解能角度センサの開発が特徴です。波面分割型干渉法やレーザー自己共鳴法を応用した高感度・高安定性な測定システムの構築が進められています。

This paper presents a design study of a four-probe optical sensor head for a three-axis surface encoder with a mosaic scale grating.
