연구실 소개
김백규 교수의 연구실은 복합성 외과적 재건과 정형외과적 기형 보정을 중심으로, 특히 부위별 조직 재건(발배, 손가락, 얼굴 등)과 두부·면역계의 선천성·후천성 병변에 대한 정밀 수술적 접근을 연구하고 있습니다. 자유피부편의 안정성과 해부학적 타당성을 입증하며, 보톡스나 고분자 재료를 대체할 수 있는 보존적 수술 전략을 개발하고 있습니다. 특히 내 endoscopic 수술 기법을 활용한 뼈나 연골 기형의 정밀한 수술적 치료에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다.

The authors experienced good results with using the SCIP flap in dorsal foot reconstruction. Reconstruction with the SCIP flap can be a good surgical option, with better postoperative symmetry and minimal donor sequelae, compared to conventional workhorse flaps.

This multimodal approach offers a safe, rapid surgical aid in treating huge lesions involving orbital and intracranial area.
In this article, we present our experiences in the management of FD using the core extirpation with or without zygoma reduction, focusing on surgical indication, techniques, and results. Although there are limitations due to selective operative indication, the procedure can be usefully performed to prevent external growth and avoid repetitive surgery.
Venous arrangement should be considered when designing flaps from the palm to prevent venous congestion and safely extend the length of the flap.
