연구실 소개
구본욱 교수의 연구실은 마취 및 수술 중 환자의 안정성과 수술 조건 향상을 목표로 하며, 특히 심층 신경근차단이 복강경 수술 중 수술 조건과 환자 회복에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 신경근차단 수준의 최적화, 수술 중 스트레스 반응 조절, 그리고 인공지능 기반의 통증 예측 모델 개발까지 다각도의 접근을 통해 수술 마취의 과학적 근거를 강화하고 있습니다. 특히 복강경 총창절제술, 담낭절제술 등에서의 신경근차단 전략과 마취 방법이 합병증 예방에 미치는 영향에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다.
