연구실 소개

박보람 교수의 연구실은 주로 의료 및 생물정보학 분야에서 활동하며, 암 환자의 정서적 고통과 신체적 합병증, 특히 우울증, 수면 장애, 심장독성 등의 발생 메커니즘을 유전적 요인과 환경적 요인의 상호작용 관점에서 연구하고 있습니다. 특히 암 종류에 따른 정서적 영향의 이질성, 흡연과 유전적 변이의 상호작용이 폐 기능에 미치는 영향, 그리고 항암치료에 따른 심장독성의 유전적 소인을 밝히는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 연구는 대규모 임상 데이터와 유전체 분석을 기반으로 하여 임상적 적용 가능성을 고려한 정밀의료 기반 연구를 추구합니다.
