연구실 소개
권병수 교수의 연구실은 면역세포, 특히 T세포의 활성화 및 조절 메커니즘을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 4-1BB와 같은 TNF 수용체 초가족 단백질을 중심으로 T세포의 costimulatory 신호전달 경로와 그가 면역 반응 및 종양 미세환경에서 수행하는 기능을 규명하고 있습니다. 특히, 4-1BB의 리간드 식별과 항체 기반 면역치료 전략 개발을 통해 암 치료에 응용 가능한 신약 타겟을 모색하고 있습니다.
