연구실 소개

정두현 교수의 연구실은 면역세포와 종양 미세환경의 상호작용을 중심으로, 암의 진행 메커니즘과 면역관문 억제 치료의 내인성 조절 기전을 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 EML4-ALK 변연이 PD-L1 발현에 미치는 영향, ILC 세포의 분화 전환과 IL-17 매개 종양 진행, 그리고 TLR2와 IRF5 등 면역 조절 전달 경로의 분자 기전을 다룹니다. 또한 Treg 세포와 NKT 세포의 기능 조절 메커니즘을 통해 만성 폐질환과 암의 면역 회피 기전을 밝히는 데 기여하고 있습니다.

Programmed cell death (PD)-1/PD-1 ligand-1 (PD-L1)-targeted therapy has emerged as a promising therapeutic strategy for lung cancer.
