연구실 소개
장은화 교수 연구실은 TCTP(역전사 조절 종양 단백질)의 다기능적 기능에 초점을 맞춰, 암 치료 타겟으로서의 잠재성과 대사 질환 조절 메커니즘을 연구하고 있습니다. 특히 TCTP가 세포 성장과 생존 조절뿐 아니라, 자가분해 작용인 아폽토시스와 자가포식을 조절하는 신호전달 경로에서 핵심 역할을 한다는 점을 규명하고 있습니다. 또한 난세포 활성화를 통해 체내 에너지 소비를 증가시키는 기전을 통해 비만 및 인슐린 저항성 등 대사질환의 치료적 접근법을 모색하고 있습니다.

15An accurate nonlinearity compensation technique for voltage source inverter (VSI) inverters is presented in this paper. Because of the nonlinearity introduced by the dead time, turn-on/off delay, snubber circuit and voltage drop across power devices, the output voltage of VSI inverters is distorted seriously in the low output voltage region. This paper describes a novel character tag-ging approach to Chinese word segmenta-tion and named entity recognition (NER) for our participation in Bakeoff-4.1 It integrates unsupervised segmentation and conditional random fields (CRFs) learning successfully, using similar character tags and feature tem-plates for both word segmentation and NER.
