본 연구는 사회문화적 관점에서 지식의 생산자이자 소비자인 과학교사의 학습과정을 전 생애에 걸쳐 살펴보고 이를 바탕으로 과학교사의 실천적 지식의 형성 및 발달 과정을 탐색하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 수년 동안 대학 및 대학원에서 수업 및 세미나를 함께 하면서 예비 교사 혹은 교사로서의 삶을 가까이에서 지켜 볼 수 있었던 두 명의 과학교사를 연구 참여자로 최종 선정하였다. 이들은 교직경력 3년에서 6년의 중학교 과학교사로 각자 상이한 삶의 맥락을 토대로 과학교사로서 전문성을 발달시키며 실천적 지식을 형성해 나가고 있었다. 연구 참여자의 삶에 대한 심층적 이해와 과학교사로서 실천적 지식을 탐색하기 위하여 생애사 모델과 실천적 지식의 구조를 분석틀로 사용하였다. 연구 결과 과학 교사의 실천적 지식의 형성 및 발달은 교사 개인의 삶의 맥락에 따라 주요 관심과 비중이 상이하게 달라짐을 확인 할 수 있었다. 이러한 교사 개인의 삶의 여정을 통해 자연스럽게 형성된 과학교사의 실천적 지식은 수업 전문

Abstract Volatile components in the needles of Pinus densiflora (red pine), a conifer native to Korea, were extracted by simultaneous distillation–extraction. 본 연구의 목적은 글로벌 과학적 소양 함양을 위한 수업이 학생들의 과학의 본성에 대한 관점에 어떤 영향을 주는지 살펴보는 것이다. 연구 참여자는 8학년 65명의 남학생이며, ‘지구와 별’ 단원에 대하여 5주 동안 글로벌 과학적 소양 수업을 실시하였다. 수업 전과 후에 학생들의 과학의 본성에 대한 이해정도를 살펴보았다. 연구 결과 단기간의 글로벌 과학적 소양 함양을 위한 수업으로 학생들의 과학의 본성에 대한 관점을 변화시키는 것은 어려운 과제임을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러나 사회학적 측면에서, 학생들의 과학의 본성에 대한 이해가 철학적, 심리학적, 역사학적 관점에서 보다 상대적으로 향상된 것을 발견할 수 있었다.

This study was carried out to investigate the relationship ACE inhibitory activity and degradations of sulfur containing materials in Dolsan leaf mustard juice (DLMJ). The changes of sulfur containing materials which were treated with autolysis, myrosinase, ascorbate and papain were studied, as well as the changes of ACE inhibitory activity in DLMJ. 1990년대 중반 북한의 식량위기 이후 북한을 이탈한 주민의 숫자는 급격히 증가하고 있으며, 지난 10여 년 동안 1만 5천여 명이 넘는 탈북자들이 중국 등 제 3국을 떠돌다가 남한에 입국하여 새로운 삶의 터전을 일구고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 개인의 다양성을 고려한 미래사회의 다문화 교육과 통일 후 통합 교육을 위한 기초연구로, 탈북 대학생들의 학습자 정체성 유형을 그들의 생애사를 바탕으로 이해하고자 한다. 특히 북한 이탈과 남한 입국 이라는 사선을 넘는 결정적 사건을 전후로 이들의 정체성이 어떻게 변화하는지에 초점을 맞추어 탐색하였다. 연구 참여자는 현재 남한에서 대학 및 대학원에 재학 중인 20대에서 30대의 세 명의 탈북 대학생들이며, 심층면담, 그림, 설문지 등을 이용하여 이들의 정체성 형성과정을 시간의 흐름에 따라 질적으로 연구하였다. 본 사례 연구를 통하여 탈북 대학생들의 학습자 정체성 유형을 미래 지향형, 현재 만족형, 과거 성찰형으로 분류 할 수 있었다. 이를 바탕으로
