연구실 소개
최은경 교수의 연구실은 암 치료와 관련된 정서적 고통, 특히 화학요법 유도 탈모가 환자에게 미치는 심리적 영향을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 또한, 유전자 및 임상 정보를 기반으로 한 기계학습 기반 대사증후군 예측 모델 개발, 항암제의 작용 기전 규명(예: 베타-라파코논의 NQO1 의존적 세포사멸), 그리고 암과 대사질환 간의 연관성(예: 비만과 결장암의 관련성)에 대한 분자생물학적 기전 탐구도 함께 수행하고 있습니다. 특히, 비침습적 영상 진단 기법의 임상적 응용 사례 연구도 활발히 진행되고 있습니다.

The ML model was superior to the CLR model for the prediction of hyperuricemia. Future studies are needed to determine the best-performing ML algorithms based on data set characteristics. We believe that this study will be informative for studies using ML tools in clinical research.
Several risk factors for OIH and its incidence after regional colectomy for colon cancer were identified. These findings are helpful for classifying patients undergoing segmental colectomy who have increased the likelihood of developing IH and are informative for patients and medical providers performing the surgery.
Activation of ERK and JNK in the spinal cord was induced by hind limb IR and was not accompanied by p38 activation. IR-induced MAPK phosphorylation was reduced by inhibition of superoxide, nitric oxide, and peroxynitrite, indicating that ROS produced by hind limb IR mediate the activation of these signaling pathways in the spinal cord, potentially affecting distant organs.
