연구실 소개

김은영 교수의 연구실은 온라인 쇼핑 행동과 모바일 쇼핑의 소비자 기술 수용을 중심으로 소비자 행동 및 기술 adoption 이론을 적용한 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 패션 제품에 대한 온라인 및 모바일 쇼핑의 의도를 결정짓는 요인, 예를 들어 편의성, 가치 인식, 상호작용 요소 등을 분석하며, 기술적 특성과 소비자 심리의 상호작용을 탐구합니다. 또한 신경과학 분야에서도 뇌 손상 후 아연 이온의 신경독성 작용과 생체 시계 조절 메커니즘을 연구하여 분자 수준의 생리적 기전을 규명하고 있습니다.

Bioactive dietary polyphenols inhibit heme iron absorption in a dose-dependent manner. The small amounts of polyphenolic compounds present in foods are capable of reducing heme iron transport across the intestinal enterocyte. However, the inhibitory effects of dietary polyphenolic compounds on heme iron absorption can be offset by ascorbic acid and can possibly be avoided by decreasing the consumption of polyphenols while simultaneously taking ascorbic acid.

The predicted results were validated manually confirming the performance and underlying mechanisms - for example, irinotecan as a treatment for neuroblastoma. From the prediction, herbal compounds were considered to be drug candidates for related diseases which is important to be further developed.
