연구실 소개
이은희 교수의 연구실은 주로 암 치료 내성 메커니즘과 사회심리적 요인, 환경 생물학, 도시 하부구조 설계 등 다양한 분야에서 다학제적 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 유방암 치료에서의 탐옥시페닌 내성과 STAT3 활성화, RANTES 발현의 역할을 중심으로 분자 기반의 약물 내성 기전을 규명하고 있으며, 동시에 사회적 지위가 신체적 지각(예: 무게 감지)에 미치는 영향을 심리학적·인지적 관점에서 탐구하고 있습니다. 또한 도시 공간의 지하화가 증가하는 현상 속에서 지하 근무공간의 사용자 인식과 심리적 영향을 평가하기 위한 설문도구 개발 등 인간 중심의 지하 환경 설계에 기여하고 있습니다. 이처럼 생물의학, 심리학, 도시공학이 융합된 연구가 특징입니다.

15The acquisition of tamoxifen resistance is a major therapeutic problem in breast cancer. We developed a tamoxifen-resistant MCF-7 (TRM-7) cell line to elucidate the molecular mechanisms and factors associated with acquisition of such resistance. A methane-oxidizing bacterium was isolated from the enriched culture of a landfill cover soil. The closest relative of the isolate, designated M6, is Methylocystis sp.
