연구실 소개
이 교수의 연구실은 신경내분비학과 생식학을 융합한 분야에서 활동하며, 특히 페티티투이터 펩타이드(PACAP)의 생식계에서의 기능과 조절 메커니즘을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 또한 부싘이나 알도스테론 합성 효소(Cyp11b2)와 관련된 내분비계 질환의 분자 기전을 규명하고, 치아 발달 및 재생을 위한 만성적 세포 기반 치료 전략 개발에도 기여하고 있습니다. 최근에는 소셜 미디어 플랫폼을 통한 사회운동과 인플루언서 문화의 영향에 대한 사회과학적 분석도 함께 수행하고 있습니다.

To study the effects of decreased amounts or absence of aldosterone on development and endocrine function, we have disrupted the mouse gene, Cyp11b2, coding for aldosterone synthase (AS) by replacing its first two exons with sequences coding for enhanced green fluorescent protein. Among 67 cases of AIP, either IgG or IgG4 was elevated in 76% of patients, and 14 patients (21%) had other organ involvement. New Korean diagnostic criteria are useful for diagnosis of AIP.

In this study, the effectiveness of the phase-based method to calculate latency was confirmed. In infants, the rapid decrease of P1 latency may be due to the progressive maturation of conduction time in the afferent visual pathways, with the development of adult levels of phase-based calculated latency being due to the maturation of later cortical processing in infants.
Periodontal ligament stem cells (PDLSCs) are multipotent stem cells derived from periodontium and have mesenchymal stem cell (MSC)-like characteristics.
