연구실 소개

고광표 교수의 연구실은 인간 미생물군과 숙주의 유전적 요인이 대사증후군 및 자궁경부암 등 질병 발생에 미치는 영향을 밝히는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 자궁내 미생물군의 역할과 HPV 감염, 질 건강, 그리고 병원성 바이러스(예: 노로바이러스, 아데노바이러스)의 생존 및 제거 메커니즘을 분자생물학적·미생물학적 방법으로 연구하고 있습니다. 또한, 유전자 기반 진단 기술과 항바이러스/항진균 미생물제를 활용한 예방 전략 개발에도 기여하고 있습니다.

We studied inactivation and UV disinfection of murine norovirus (MNV) as a surrogate for human norovirus.
