연구실 소개

이하나 교수의 연구실은 면역조절 및 염증 해소 메커니즘을 중심으로, 림신 D1이 조혈세포의 흡입 작용을 어떻게 조절하는지, 그리고 암세포에 특이적으로 작용하는 천연 화합물인 피퍼론린민의 세포 사멸 유도 메커니즘을 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 또한, 만성질환과 아동기 빈곤의 장기적 영향을 분석하고, 신체적·정서적 건강에 미치는 영향을 생물학적·사회학적 관점에서 종합적으로 연구하고 있습니다. 최근에는 박테리아의 신호전달 시스템과 단백질 상호작용을 분석함으로써 결핵균의 생존 메커니즘을 밝히는 분자생물학적 연구도 진행 중입니다.

Thalassobius aestuarii sp. nov., Isolated from Tidal Flat Sediment

A strictly aerobic, non-motile, ovoid-shaped Alphaproteobacteria, designated strain JC2049T, was isolated from a tidal flat sediment sample. The results of 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis indicated that this isolate belonged to the genus Thalassobius, with a sequence similarity of 96.9-97.3% to other valid Thalassobius spp. The cells required 1-7% NaCl for growth (optimum 2%) and accumulated poly-β-hydroxybutyrate.
