연구실 소개
김희승 교수의 연구실은 난소암 및 자궁경부암을 중심으로 한 소견암의 조기 진단, 치료 반응 예측 및 치료 부작용 완화를 위한 종합적 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 CA-125, PLR, NLR와 같은 생물학적 마커와 적응증 기반 치료 전략의 최적화에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 전통 약재인 적삼초의 항암 효과 및 생존율 향상 가능성에 대해서도 실험적 접근을 통해 검증하고 있습니다. 또한, 약물-단백질 상호작용 분석 기술을 활용한 약물 설계 및 암 치료의 정밀화를 위한 기초 연구도 병행하고 있습니다.

We evaluated the effect of red ginseng on toxicity, health-related quality of life (HRQL) and survival after adjuvant chemotherapy in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC).
