연구실 소개
나희영 교수의 연구실은 대장암, 위암, 만성염증성 장질환 등에서 유전자 변이, 호르몬 조절, 면역 반응 및 종양 미세환경 간의 상호작용을 중심으로 암의 발병 기전을 규명하고 있습니다. 특히 PD-L1 발현 검사의 표준화, 에스트로겐의 항염증 작용과 Nrf2/NLRP3 경로의 역할, p53 단백질 발현이 TP53 돌연변이를 반영하는지의 여부 등 정밀의료와 암 생물학의 핵심 문제를 다룹니다. 병리학적 데이터의 구조화 및 옴믹스 데이터 통합을 통해 암 유전체학 연구를 위한 기반 플랫폼을 구축하고 있습니다.
