연구실 소개
박흥우 교수의 연구실은 천식, 약물 과민반응, 폐 기능 저하 등 호흡기 질환과 관련된 유전적 요인과 임상적 요인의 상호작용을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 천식의 유전적 소인과 정서적 요인(우울, 불안)이 증상 심화에 미치는 영향을 베이지안 네트워크 분석을 통해 규명하고 있으며, 약물 과민반응의 기전과 교차내성에 대한 유전적 기반을 탐색하고 있습니다. 또한 출생 전후 및 소아기의 생후 요인이 성인기 폐기능에 미치는 영향을 장기 추적 연구를 통해 규명하고 있습니다.
