This paper describes a database of dysarthric speech produced by 19 speakers with cerebral palsy. Speech materials consist of 765 isolated words per speaker: 300 distinct uncommon words and 3 repetitions of digits, computer commands, radio alphabet and common words. 본 연구는 문화특화지역의 상업적 젠트리피케이션의 특성과 영향을, 첫째 물리적 측면에서 상업시설의 유형을 비롯한 토지이용의 변화, 둘째 인지적 측면에서 장소성 인식의 변화를 통해 실증적으로 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 분석대상이 되는 문화특화지역은 서울의 삼청동과 신사동 가로변이며, 분석자료로는 정보통신기술의 발달에 따른 다양한 인터넷 매체 자료를 활용한다. 이후 제Ⅱ장에서는 문화특화지역의 상업적 젠트리피케이션과 장소성 변화에 관한 이론 및 선행연구 고찰을 통해 분석틀을정립하고, 제Ⅲ장에서 사례지역과 분석자료를 개관한다. 그리고 제Ⅳ장에서 상업시설 유형 등 토지이용의 변화 특성, 제Ⅴ장에서 장소성 인식의 변화특성을 각각 분석한 다음, 제Ⅵ장에서 이를 종합하여 정책적 시사점을 도출한다.
