연구실 소개
김훈 교수의 연구실은 신경종양, 특히 고급 뇌종양인 간질성 뇌종양(Glioblastoma)의 치료 내성 메커니즘을 밝히는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 유전체 분석과 종양 미세환경 분석을 통해 치료 저항성 종양세포의 분자적 특성과 암의 전이 메커니즘을 규명하고 있으며, 이는 새로운 생물학적 표적 및 정밀의료 전략 개발로 이어지고 있습니다. 또한, 희귀 난치성 질환인 파리-롬버그 증후군의 치료를 위한 줄기세포 기반 재생의료 기술도 함께 개발하고 있습니다.

After EPT, sRANKL/OPG ratios in the circulation decreased, but changes in this OPG-sRANKL system have no association with changes in any bone marker or BMD.
