인간은 상징체계 즉 문화의 틀 내에서 사고하고 행동한다. 행정제도 역시 인간이 만들어낸 문화의 한 형태로 이해할 수 있다. 이 연구는 북한의 행정 그 중에서도 지방행정에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 우리가 북한행정을 심층적으로 이해하는 것이 어려운 이유는 연구의 특성상 제한된 정보, 공식자료의 부정확성 뿐만 아니라 북한의 행정제도가 자본주의 체제와는 이질적인 정치, 경제 그리고 문화적 시·공간인 사회주의체제의 산물이라는 제도의 이질성에 있다. 따라서 북한 행정연구과정에서 부딪히는 필연적인 문제인 정보에 대한 제한성, 공식자료의 부정확성, 직적방문연구의 불가능성 그리고 연구자와 북한행정 제도사이의 간주관성의 괴리에서 북한 행정의 실재를 어떻게 이해할 수 있는가가 이 연구의 출발점이다. 이를 위해 연구자들은 해석 인류학에서 발전된 방법론인 두텁게 기술하기 전략을 취하였다. 구체적으로 문헌연구와 병행하여 탈북자 출신 관료출신과의 심층면접을 중심으로 북한 지방행정을 이해하였다. 또한 이 연구는 북

This study was carried out to examine the effect of methanol extract of Oryza sativa L. (Dong-Jin in Korean, abbreviate as Os-DJ hereafter) on anaphylaxis. Os-DJ (10(-5) to 1 g/kg) dose-dependently inhibited systemic anaphylaxis induced by compound 48/80 in rats. When Os-DJ was pretreated at concentration ranging from 10(-5) to 1 g/kg, the serum histamine levels were reduced in a dose-dependent manner. 색채는 사회문화적으로 상징적 상호작용의 수단이며 젠더를 표현하는 하나의 시각적 커뮤니케이션 도구로 중요하게 자리 잡고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 문헌연구와 사례연구를 바탕으로 한국 남성성의 변화에 따른색채의 관계를 분석하기 위해, 2001년부터 2015년 6월까지『GQ Korea』 남성패션잡지표지를 5년 단위로 나누어 시기별 색채의 변화를 살펴보았다. 그 결과 첫째, 로고 타이포그래피 색채 분석을 살펴보면 2001~2005년도 레드 계열의 강렬한 로고 색채가 빈도 높게 나타났으나, 점차적으로 그 비중은 감소하면서 밝고 부드러운느낌의 핑크와 퍼플 또는 옐로우와 그린 계열의 색채가 다양하게 사용되는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전체 표지이미지 색채 분석은 2001~2005년도 로고와 배경, 모델 의상 색채가 서로 강렬한 보색 대비를 이루면서 주로로고를 강조하는 색채 이미지가 나타났다. 그러나 점차적으로 다양한 명도와 채도를 가지는 색채의 사용이나타나면서 2011년 이후에는 로고와 배경, 모델

현대 사회 전반에 걸쳐 19세기의 정형화된 남성다움 혹은 여성다움이라는 고정관념적 젠더 이미지는 다양한 매체에 의해 재현되고 있다. 그러나 20세기 후반부터 다원화된 젠더 이미지가 사회 전반에 자리 잡고, 여성의 역할과 지위가 향상됨으로 인해 고착된 이미지를 탈피하고자 하는 시도가 다양하게 이루어 졌다. 고정관념적 여성 이미지가 다수 차용되던 패션 사진에서도 여성 이미지 재현에 있어 비판적인 시각을 접목하거나 다양한 방식으로 재해석하여 표현하는 패션 사진 사례를 발견할 수 있었다. 이에 본 연구는 마일스 알드리지(Miles Aldridge) 패션 사진 속에 표현된 고정관념적 여성 이미지의 재현 행태를 파악하고, 비판적 재현 표현 특성을 도출하였다. 본 연구에서 패션 사진을 유형화 하여 분석하기 위해 어빙 고프만(Erving Goffman)의 연구 젠더 애드버타이즈먼트(gender advertisements) 및 후속 연구 결과를 적용하여 분류하였다. 알드리지는 미인대회, 가사노동과
