연구실 소개

이 교수의 연구실은 뼈 형성과 대사 조절 메커니즘을 중심으로, 히스톤 탈아세틸화효소(HDAC), 어드포넥틴, 베르베린 등 생물학적 분자들이 골세포 분화에 미치는 영향을 분자생물학적· epigenetic적 관점에서 연구하고 있습니다. 특히 골형성 전사 인자인 Runx2와 공인자(p300, HDAC1)의 조절 메커니즘과 환경 오염물질(PM₂.₅, NO₂)이 폐질환과 뼈 대사에 미치는 영향도 함께 다룹니다. 연구는 뼈 형성의 분화 조절 원리 규명과 관련 질환 예방 전략 개발을 목표로 합니다.
