연구실 소개

곽형규 교수의 연구실은 심폐소생술 후 신경학적 회복과 예후를 예측하고 개선하기 위한 임상 기반의 신경강화의학 연구를 중심으로 전개됩니다. 특히, 목표온도관리(TTM) 중 뇌산소포화도(rSO₂)와 뇌온도 측정의 임상적 의미를 규명하며, 패혈성 쇼크 환자에서 발열 여부에 따른 치료 지연과 사망률의 차이를 분석하고 있습니다. 이와 더불어, 비침습적 뇌온도 측정법의 정확성과 임상적 유용성을 동물모델을 활용해 검증하고 있습니다.
