연구실 소개

강형진 교수의 연구실은 주로 소아 혈액행생식계 질환과 유전적 요법의 임상적 적용을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 만성육종성화농성질환(X-CGD)과 급성 림프모세포성 백혈병(ALL) 등 유전성 면역결핍 및 암에 대한 유전자 치료와 간성 이식 조건제품( conditioning regimen) 최적화에 초점을 맞추고 있으며, 약물 대사 유전적 다형성과 약물 독성 간의 연관성 연구도 함께 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 부스룰반 기반의 정밀 조절제제 투여와 post-transplantation cyclophosphamide를 활용한 허브로형 이식 등 혈액세포이식의 안전성과 유효성을 높이기 위한 임상적 전략 개발이 핵심 과제입니다.
