연구실 소개

정효지 교수의 연구실은 식이요법과 영양소 섭취가 만성질환에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 한국인의 식이패턴, 항산화물질(플라보노이드 포함) 섭취, 초가공식품의 영향 등에 초점을 맞추며, 국민건강영양조사(KNHANES) 데이터를 기반으로 한 정밀한 영양평가와 질병 예방 전략을 모색하고 있습니다. 또한 퇴폐기 이후 여성의 골다공로시스나 암 발생 위험과 식이 요인 간의 연관성에 대해서도 심층 분석하고 있습니다.
