Energy–momentum tensor form factors of the nucleon in nuclear matter

SJR Q1FWCI 5.7Physics Letters BOA

The nucleon form factors of the energy–momentum tensor are studied in nuclear medium in the framework of the in-medium modified Skyrme model. We obtain a negative D-term, in agreement with results from other approaches, and find that medium effects make the value of d1 more negative.

Possibility of the existence of charmed exotica

SJR Q1FWCI 20.8Physical review. D/Physical review. D.OA

We employ the chiral quark-soliton model to describe excited baryons with one heavy quark. Identifying known charmed baryons with multiplets allowed by the model, we argue that apart from regular excitations of the ground-state multiplets, two out of five narrow ${\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Omega}}}_{c}^{0}$ states, recently reported by the LHCb Collaboration, may correspond to the exotic pentaquarks. This interpretation can be easily verified experimentally, since exotic ${\mathrm{\ensuremath{\Omega}

Electromagnetic form factors of the SU(3) octet baryons in the semibosonized SU(3) Nambu–Jona-Lasinio model

FWCI 4.4Physical review. D. Particles, fields, gravitation, and cosmology/Physical review. D. Particles and fieldsOA

The electromagnetic form factors of the SU(3) octet baryons are investigated in the semibosonized SU(3) Nambu--Jona-Lasinio model (chiral quark-soliton model). The rotational 1/${\mathit{N}}_{\mathit{c}}$ and strange quark mass corrections in linear order are taken into account. The electromagnetic charge radii of the nucleon and magnetic moments are also evaluated. It turns out that the model is in remarkably good agreement with the experimental data. \textcopyright{} 1996 The American Physical

Magnetic moments of the SU(3) decuplet baryons in the chiral quark-soliton model
Hyun-Chul Kim, Michał Praszałowicz, K. Goeke
FWCI 3.4Physical review. D. Particles, fields, gravitation, and cosmology/Physical review. D. Particles and fieldsOA

Magnetic moments of baryons are studied within the chiral quark soliton model with special emphasis on the decuplet of baryons. The model is used to identify all symmetry breaking terms proportional to ${m}_{\mathrm{s}}.$ Sum rules for the magnetic moments are derived. A ``model-independent'' analysis of the symmetry breaking terms is performed and finally model calculations are presented, which show the importance of the rotational ${1/N}_{\mathrm{c}}$ corrections for cranking of the soliton.

We investigate the singlet ${g}_{T}^{(0)}$ and isovector ${g}_{T}^{(3)}$ tensor charges of the nucleon, which are deeply related to the first moment of the leading twist transversity quark distribution ${h}_{1}(x)$, in the SU(2) chiral quark-soliton model. With rotational $O(\frac{1}{{N}_{c}})$ corrections taken into account, we obtain ${g}_{T}^{(0)}=0.69$ and ${g}_{T}^{(3)}=1.45$ at a low normalization point of several hundreds MeV. Within the same approximation and parameters the model yields

We study the η-photoproduction focusing on the new nucleon resonance which was observed at s=1675MeV with a narrow decay width (∼10MeV) in the recent GRAAL experiment. Using an effective Lagrangian approach, we compute differential cross sections for the η-photoproduction. In addition to N∗(1675), we employ three other nucleon resonances, i.e., N∗(1535), N∗(1650) and N∗(1710), and vector meson exchanges which are the most relevant ones to this reaction process. As a result, we can reproduce the

Strong decays of exotic and nonexotic heavy baryons in the chiral quark-soliton model
Hyun-Chul Kim, Maxim V. Polyakov, Michał Praszałowicz, Ghil-Seok Yang
SJR Q1FWCI 10.6Physical review. D/Physical review. D.OA

In the large ${N}_{c}$ limit both heavy and light baryons are described by the universal mean field, which allows us to relate the properties of heavy baryons to light ones. With the only input from the decays of light octet baryons (due to the universality of the chiral mean field), excellent description of strong decays of both charm and bottom sextets is obtained. The parameter-free prediction for the widths of exotic antidecapentaplet ($\overline{\mathbf{15}}$) baryons is also made. The exot

Two-dimensional quantitative nuclear magnetic resonance (2D qNMR)-based metabolomics was performed to understand characteristic metabolic profiles in different aging regimes (crust from dry-aged beef, inner edible flesh of dry-aged beef, and wet-aged beef striploin) over 4 weeks. Samples were extracted using 0.6 M perchlorate to acquire polar metabolites. Partial least squares-discriminant analysis showed a good cumulative explained variation (<i>R</i>2 = 0.967) and predictive ability

We calculate magnetic transition moments in the chiral quark-soliton model, with explicit SU(3)-symmetry breaking taken into account. The dynamical model parameters are fixed by experimental data for the magnetic moments of the baryon octet and from the recent measurements of ${\ensuremath{\Theta}}^{+}$ mass. Known magnetic transition moments ${\ensuremath{\mu}}_{\ensuremath{\Lambda}\ensuremath{\Sigma}}$, ${\ensuremath{\mu}}_{N\ensuremath{\Delta}}$ are reproduced and predictions for other octet-

Magnetic moments of the lowest-lying singly heavy baryons
Ghil-Seok Yang, Hyun-Chul Kim
SJR Q1FWCI 9.8Physics Letters BOA

A light baryon is viewed as $N_c$ valence quarks bound by meson mean fields in the large $N_c$ limit. In much the same way a singly heavy baryon is regarded as $N_c-1$ valence quarks bound by the same mean fields, which makes it possible to use the properties of light baryons to investigate those of the heavy baryons. A heavy quark being regarded as a static color source in the limit of the infinitely heavy quark mass, the magnetic moments of the heavy baryon are determined entirely by the chira

Flexible ditopic α,ω-alkane (or alkene)-dicarboxylate bridging ligands provided the following six Zn-MOFs with a 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethylene (bpe) pillar (malonate (1-bpe), succinate (2-bpe), fumarate (3-bpe), glutarate (4-bpe), adipate (5-bpe), and muconate (6-bpe)). Newly-prepared 5-bpe and 6-bpe were structurally characterized. Both 3-bpe and 6-bpe formed three-dimensional (3-D), diamond-like frameworks with a 4-connected uninodal net and a Schläfli symbol of 66. By contrast, 5-bpe formed a 3-
