15In patients with MGC receiving third-line chemotherapy, TF1T3 was the only significant factor associated with OS. The sequence of using taxane and irinotecan as subsequent therapy after first-line failure was not shown to impact survival outcome.

Our findings provide real-world evidence that the 21-gene RS assay is predictive of chemotherapy benefit among patients in clinical practice. More refined risk estimates would be needed for patients with an intermediate RS.

The polarization of the outgoing photon in the decay process B\ensuremath{\rightarrow}${K}^{\mathbf{*}}$\ensuremath{\gamma} followed by the decay process ${K}^{\mathbf{*}}$\ensuremath{\rightarrow}K\ensuremath{\pi} is considered and it is shown that information on form factors in the B decay can be obtained through the photon polarization.
Combination therapy was associated with numerically improved OS, although statistically insignificant, and a significant PFS benefit compared with monotherapy. Although combination therapy showed more frequent TRAEs, there was no difference in the frequency of severe TRAEs.
