연구실 소개
최자영 교수의 연구실은 뇌 및 척수 질환의 정밀 진단과 신경영상 기술의 최적화를 핵심으로 삼고 있습니다. 특히 도파민성 PET, DTI 등 고해상도 영상법을 활용한 뇌신경질환 및 척수 손상의 조기 진단 및 치료 계획 수립에 기여하고 있으며, 신경재활 분야에서는 가상현실 기반 재활치료의 효과성과 기전을 규명하고 있습니다. 또한 혈관 형성의 분자 기전을 이해하기 위해 제스처 모델을 활용한 신규 약물 탐색도 진행 중입니다.

15FDG PET is more accurate than is CT or ES for evaluating metastasis to individual lymph node groups and for N staging in esophageal cancer and thus may be helpful in determining the therapeutic plan.
Both virtual reality rehabilitation and conventional occupational therapy were effective for upper-limb training. This study investigates the developmental outcomes of preterm children according to severity of periventricular leukomalacia. One hundred preterm children with periventricular leukomalacia evident on brain magnetic resonance imaging and who had undergone neuropsychologic evaluation were selected. Very strong relationships were noted among three communication classification systems that are closely related with intellectual ability. Compared to gross motor function, manual ability seemed more closely related with communication function in these children.
Serial sonography after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair was useful for monitoring the postoperative changes in a repaired tendon. The morphologic appearance of the repaired tendon and peritendinous soft tissue changes improved over time and nearly normalized within 6 months of surgery.
