This study empirically investigates if international trade has an impact on aggregate unemployment in the presence of labour market institutions. Using data for twenty OECD countries for the years 1961-2008, this study finds that an increase in trade leads to higher aggregate unemployment as it interacts with rigid labour market institutions, whereas it may reduce aggregate unemployment if the labour market is characterised by flexibility. 경제적 불안정과 이에 따라 발생하는 경제적 필요와 경제적 자원의 불일치는 개인의 정신건강에 부정적 영향을 줄 가능성이 매우 높다. 한국 사회에서 중년 남성들은 일반적으로 생계부양의 책임을 지고 있으나 상당한 경제적 불안정에 노출되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 경제적 불안정을 세 단계로 구분하여 정의하였고, 한국복지패널조사(Korea WElfare Panel Study) 3차-10차 자료를 이용한 다수준패널분석을 통해 한국 중년 남성들에 대한 경제적 불안정의 영향을 확인하였다. 분석 결과, 분산으로 측정된 소득 변동성 지표를 제외한 모든 변수가 우울에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 주었다. 자살생각에 대한 분석에서는 소득만족도만이 유의미한 영향을 나타내었다. 경제적 불안정의 다양한 지표들의 영향력이 확인되었으므로, 소득 외에 경제적 불안정과 관련된 다른 요인들도 정신건강에 위험요인으로 작용할 수 있음을 알 수 있다. 본 연구는 경제적 불안정의 건강 영향을 추정하였는데, 소득 수준이 아닌 변동성

우리나라에서 점점 비정규 고용이 일반화되고 있고 고용 유연화를 위한 비정규직의 증가는 전세계적으로 나타나는 현상이다. 그러나 한국에서 정규직 고용은 사회보장제도로의 편입 가능 여부를 결정하기 때문에, 비정규직은 특별한 의미를 갖는다. 기존 연구들에 따르면, 비정규직 근로는 소득, 사회적 자원은 물론 신체 및 정신건강에 부정적 영향을 주며 따라서 고용 불안정은 자살에 기여할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 지역 단위의 분석을 통해 비정규직 근로자가 더 많이 노출되는 고용불안정이 자살에 어떤 영향을 주는지를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석의 대상은 실제로 경제활동에 참여할 것으로 예상되는 연령군(20세 이상) 가운데 고용불안정에 더 많이 노출되는 35세 미만의 청년층으로 국한하였다. 분석에 사용된 자료는 7개 광역시 및 9개 도에 해당하는 8년간의 행정자료인데, 구체적으로는 사망원인통계, 경제활동인구조사, 지역소득통계, 인구동향조사, 지방재정연감, 보건복지통계연보, 검찰청 및 경찰청 범죄분석 자료

장기요양보험제도에서 요양보호사는 돌봄을 제공하는 주체로서 상당한 역할을 하고 있으나, 기존 연구들에서는 이들의 건강에 대해 제한적으로 다루고 있었다. 본 연구는 요양보호사의 건강 문제와 이를 완화하기 위한 개입 방안을 사회맥락적 관점에서 다루었다. 요양보호사를 직업으로 선택하는 이들은 대체로 중장년층 저학력 여성이고, 이들의 돌봄 노동은 가치를 제대로 인정받지 못하고 있었다. 업무 과정에서 과도한 신체활동이 요구되나 이러한 위험을 완충하기 어려운 열악한 근로 환경에 놓여있는 것으로 나타났다. 이들의 차별적인 건강결과는 위험요인으로 작용하는 열악한 근로환경뿐 아니라, 위험의 부정적 효과를 최소화할 자원에 대한 접근, 그리고 취업 시점부터의 사회적 층화에서 그 원인을 찾아볼 수 있었다. 요양보호사의 건강문제는 차등노출, 차등취약과 연결되어 있으며, 근본적으로는 자원의 불공정한 분배를 야기하는 사회구조로 인한 불형평임을 알 수 있다. 따라서 요양보호사의 건강문제를 보다 근본적으로 변화시키

본 연구는 임금근로자의 고용형태와 의료이용의 직접적 자원이 되는 민간의료보험 가입간의 관계를 분석한다. 상용직에 비해 임시직이나 일용직은 소득이 낮고 고용의 안정성도 낮다. 이 두 가지 특성은 민간의료보험 가입에도 영향을 줄 수 있는데, 민간의료보험 가입을 위해서는 특정 시점에서의 적절한 소득수준과 함께 이의 지속적인 확보가 담보되어야 하기 때문이다. 따라서 임시직과 일용직은 민간의료보험가입에 있어 불리한 위치에 서게 된다. 본 연구는 민간의료보험가입에 대한 안정적인 소득확보의 중요성에 주목하여, 고용형태에 따른 고용안정성이 민간의료보험 가입에 영향을 주는지를 확인하고자 했다. 이를 위해 한국의료패널(KHP) 2011년도 자료 중 40세 이상 65세 미만 남성 임금근로자(n=1,427)에 대해 로지스틱 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 고용형태는 민간의료보험 가입여부와 유의한 관계에 있는 것으로 나타났다. 소득 수준을 통제한 이후에도 임시직이나 일용직 근로자들의 경우 상용직 근로자들에

목적 : 대한부인종양․콜포스코피학회지에 게재된 논문을 평가, 분석하여 연구 설계, 유형, 분야 및 주제별 논문의 분포를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 방법 : 1990년부터 2004년까지 대한부인종양․콜포스코피학회지에 게재된 473개의 논문을 후향적으로 평가, 분석 하였다. 모든 논문들은 연구 설계, 유형, 분야에 따라서 분류하였고, 국외 학술지인 ‘Gynecologic Oncology’의 주제별 분류법 을 적용하였다. 심포지움은 제외하였다.결과 : 논문의 연구 설계에 따른 분류에서 환자군 연구(71.7%)와 증례 보고 26.8%)가 가장 많았고, 코호트 연구와 무작위 배정 임상시험은 각각 5편, 1편에 불과하였다. 원저를 유형별로 분류하였을 때 일차 연구로서는 조사(survey)가 321편, 실험 과 임상시험은 각각 6편, 7편이었다. 이차 연구로는 개관(overview)이 12편이었다. 연구 분야에 따른 분류 분포는 원인, 108편; 진단, 82편; 치료, 73편이었다. 주제별로 나눈
