연구실 소개
구자록 교수의 연구실은 대장암을 중심으로 한 암 생물학과 치료 저항성 메커니즘을 규명하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 환자 유래 옹영세포(organoids)와 세포주를 활용한 이종성(ITH) 분석, 암세포의 전이 및 치료 반응 예측을 위한 바이오마커 탐색, 메트포르민 등의 기존 약물의 항암 효과를 규명하는 데 주력하고 있습니다. 또한 DNA 메틸화, 미크로RNA, 암세포 간의 분자적 상호작용 등 분자생물학적 기반의 정밀의료 전략 개발을 지속적으로 추진하고 있습니다.

Thirteen human colorectal cancer (CRC) cell lines were established from 10 primary tumors and 3 metastatic tumors obtained from 13 Korean patients.
