연구실 소개
박지은 교수의 연구실은 의료 영상 기반 정량적 분석인 레이디오믹스를 핵심으로 하여, 영상 데이터의 재현성과 일반화 가능성을 높이기 위한 기술적·통계적 전략을 개발하고 있습니다. 특히 병변의 진단 정확도 향상을 위한 다중 모odal 영상(확산, perfusion MRI) 통합 모델링과 함께, 인간 정서 평가에 활용 가능한 심박수 변동성(HRV) 분석을 통해 의료 영상과 생체 신호의 융합 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 기후 요인과 감염병 유병률 간의 상관관계 분석을 통해 전염병 역학 모델링의 정밀성도 높이고 있습니다.
