연구실 소개
문지연 교수의 연구실은 주로 마취 및 통증 관리 분야에서 활동하며, 특히 비약물적 진정 기법인 가상현실(VR)을 활용한 수술 중 환자 만족도 향상에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 또한 신경병성 통증의 정량적 평가를 위한 검사도구(KPD-Q)의 신뢰성 확보와 함께, 페프타민과 페티닌 등의 약물 조합을 통한 통증 완화 전략 개발에도 기여하고 있습니다. 특히 GABA 수용체 기전을 기반으로 한 천연물질(eugenol)의 신경세포 영향을 전기생리학적 기법으로 규명하는 데에도 연구를 확장하고 있습니다.

The KPD-Q showed good psychometric and discriminant features for assessing the neuropathic component in chronic pain patients. We hope that this newly validated KPD-Q will be recognized in Korea as a credible tool for detection of NeP and thus may be used in further international clinical research.

In PEA, 5% hypertonic saline exhibited similar positive outcomes after 6 months of follow-up as 10% hypertonic saline, with less infusion-related pain. This result suggests that infusion of 5% hypertonic saline may be considered as an alternative to 10% hypertonic saline in lumbar PEA. Further prospective randomized studies are required to better appreciate the outcome with regard to the use of different concentrations of hypertonic saline for PEA.
In this study, one fourth of the total participants with chronic opioid treatment showed OUD in the Korean population. The multivariable models of the CAGE-AID/Opioid with sex, comorbid neuropsychiatric disorder, and current heavy drinking are valid parameters to screen for OUD, with the cutoff scores of the CAGE-AID/Opioid questionnaires ranging from 0 to 3 depending on the presence of the clinical variables.
