연구실 소개
안지윤 교수의 연구실은 망막 및 시신경의 구조적 변화를 통해 신경퇴행성 질환, 특히 파킨슨병의 조기 진단과 병태생리적 기전을 규명하는 데 주력하고 있습니다. 특히 망막 간질세포 복합체의 박리와 시신경섬유층 두께 변화를 분석하여 신경세포 손상의 생체지표로 활용 가능한지 연구하고 있으며, 이는 뇌의 도파민성 신경세포 퇴행과의 연관성을 탐색하는 데 초점이 맞춰져 있습니다. 또한 항암제나 수술 후 발생하는 안과 합병증에 대한 영상 및 임상적 분석을 통해 안과적 합병증의 메커니즘과 예방 전략을 모색하고 있습니다.

This study shows that average RNFL thickness after PRP undergoes early thickening and subsequent progressive thinning throughout the 2 years post-PRP. This temporal change varies according to the peripapillary RNFL quadrant. Our results also indicate that temporal RNFL and foveal thickness have a similar pattern of long-term change after PRP.

Bilateral same-day intravitreal injections drawn from a single vial using separate syringes or needles are well tolerated by patients, and its safety profile may be equivalent to unilateral injections. 목적: 라식수술에서 Hansatome Excellus와 Zyoptix XP 두 가지의 미세각막절개도를 사용시 발생한 각막절편 합병증의 빈도를 비교하고자 하였다. 대상과 방법: 라식수술 중 절편 제작시 Hansatome Excellus를 사용한 167명, 323안과 Zyoptix XP를 사용한 132명, 260안을 대상으로 수술 중과 수술 후의 각막절편 합병증의 발생빈도를 후향적으로 분석하였다. 결과: 수술 중 합병증은 Hansatome Excellus군이 2.7%로 Zyoptix XP군의 0.4%에 비해 유의하게 높았고(p<0.05), 수술 후 합병증은 Zyoptix XP군이 2.7%로 Hansatome Excellus군의 0.6%에 비해 높았으나 통계적으로 유의하지 않았고(p>0.05), 시력에 영향을 미칠만한 심각한 합병증은 두 군 모두에서 발생하지 않았다. 결론: Zyoptix XP는 수술 중 합병증의 발생이 Hansatome Excellus에 비해 유의하게 낮은 것으로 나타났
