연구실 소개

김정한 교수의 연구실은 주로 환경 및 생체 내 농약 잔류물 분석, 바이러스성 간염 치료제 내성 메커니즘, 그리고 항산화 스트레스와 대사 변화가 종양 형성에 미치는 영향을 연구하고 있습니다. 특히 LC-MS/MS 기반의 고속·다성분 분석 기술을 활용해 인간 생체류체(혈청, 모발)와 농산물에서의 농약 잔류물 동태를 정량적으로 분석하며, 약물 내성 유전자 변형의 분자진단 기반 연구도 진행하고 있습니다. 이는 농약 노출과 건강 간의 인과관계 규명 및 개인 맞춤형 치료 전략 수립에 기여하고자 합니다.

A screening method for simultaneous analysis of 379 pesticides in human serum was developed using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS).
