연구실 소개

임정묵 교수의 연구실은 생식생물학과 줄기세포 생물학을 기반으로 난소 기능, 난세포 성숙, 배아 발달 및 자궁내막의 결정화 과정에서의 신호전달 경로를 규명하고 있습니다. 특히, 배아 공정성 향상을 위한 체외배양 조건 최적화, PEG 기반 3차원 수지에서의 난소포 성장 조절, 그리고 ERK1/2 신호전달 경로가 생식질환과 임신 유지에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 또한, 유전자 조작 없이도 자가줄기세포를 유도할 수 있는 새로운 세포 기반 전략 개발에도 관심을 기울이고 있습니다.
