연구실 소개
박지원 교수의 연구실은 주로 산화환원 조절 메커니즘과 단백질의 글루타티온화를 중심으로 세포 신호전달 및 질병 발생 메커니즘을 규명하고 있습니다. 특히 퍼옥시레독신과 퍼옥시레독신 가족 단백질의 기능 전환, 글루타티온화가 세포 기능에 미치는 영향을 분석하며, 이는 암, 심혈관 질환 등 다양한 질병의 생물학적 기전 해독에 기여하고 있습니다. 또한, 유전자 전달 기술 및 대사체 분석을 활용한 신진대사 생물학적 마커 탐색 등 다학제적 접근을 통해 임상적 응용 가능성을 탐색하고 있습니다.
