연구실 소개
김지훈 교수의 연구실은 태양전지 및 전자소자 응용을 위한 첨단 페로브스카이트 및 키테르사이트 계 열전도체, 나노복합소재, 그리고 나노메카닉스 기반 전자소자에 중점을 두고 있습니다. 특히 리튬 도핑을 통한 CZTSSe 기반 태양전지의 전자적 품질 향상, 메탈로센 촉매를 활용한 나노튜브-폴리에틸렌 복합소재의 균일한 분산 및 기계적·전기적 특성 제어, 그리고 초저전압·고주파 동작이 가능한 나노메카닉스 전계효과트랜지스터(NEMFET)의 개발이 핵심 연구 과제입니다. 이는 저전력 소비와 높은 성능을 동시에 구현하는 차세대 전자소자 기술의 실현을 목표로 합니다.

We report the first experimental demonstration of a three-terminal nanoelectromechanical field effect transistor (NEMFET) with measurable subthreshold slope as small as 6 mV/dec at room temperature and a switching voltage window of under 2 V. This study presents a new mobile robot with passively articulated driving tracks for high terrainability (TA) and maneuverability (MA) on unstructured, rough terrain. In order to protect from the unrecognized exposures to high-energy γ-rays, Yongsok Seo, and co-workers, article number 1901448, prepared nonleaded metal (BiSn)/polymer and tungsten (W) composites. This work provides a comprehensive analytical analysis of one‐selector‐one‐resistor (1S1R) crossbar array (CBA) device for hardware neural network (HNN) applications.
