연구실 소개
김진희 교수의 연구실은 분자생물학과 의학적 응용을 융합한 연구를 중심으로, 다유전자 발현 시스템에서 효율적인 유전자 발현을 가능하게 하는 2A 펩타이드 기반 벡터 기술 개발과 함께, 유비퀴틴 시스템에서의 탈유비퀴틴화 효소의 기능과 역할 규명에 주력하고 있습니다. 또한, 임상 영상 진단(특히 MRI 및 PET/CT)을 활용한 소견성 췌장암의 특징 분석과 노인층에서의 환경독소(예: DEHP) 노출이 인슐린 저항성 및 산화 스트레스에 미치는 영향에 대한 생물학적 기전 연구도 진행 중입니다. 이와 더불어, 의료 현장에서의 evidence-based practice(EBP) 정착을 위한 조직 문화 조성 및 간호사의 역할 강화에 관한 인식과 정책적 접근도 연구의 중요한 축을 이룹니다.
