연구실 소개

이진국 교수의 연구실은 뇌암과 백혈병을 비롯한 치명적인 암 종양의 악성 생물학적 메커니즘을 밝히는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 GBM(다형성 혈관내피세포종양)의 치료 내성과 암세포 간의 인식 전환을 유도하는 EMT(상피세포에서 만성세포로의 전환) 과정, 그리고 STAT3 및 USP1과 같은 핵심 신호전달 분자들이 암 진행에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 기전을 규명하고 있습니다. 또한, 약물 내성의 분자 기전을 밝혀내는 데 초점을 두고 있으며, 이는 새로운 표적 치료 전략 개발에 기여하고자 합니다.
