연구실 소개
이종호 교수 연구실은 대사질환 예방과 건강 기능 개선을 목표로 한 프로바이오틱스, 천연 보조제 및 생체활성 물질의 임상적 효과를 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 당뇨 전단계 및 제2형 당뇨병 환자를 대상으로 한 프로바이오틱스, 한국홍삼, 케이소산 올리고사카라이드 등의 보조제가 혈액 중 혈액순환 및 면역 기능에 미치는 영향을 다각도로 분석하고 있습니다. 또한 항산화 작용과 알코올 대사 개선 효과를 비롯해 체지방 감소 및 대사 중개물질 변화에 대한 기전 연구도 함께 수행하고 있습니다.
