연구실 소개

이종호 교수의 연구실은 고성능 무선 통신 및 신재생 에너지 기반의 스마트 센서 기술을 핵심으로 삼고 있습니다. 특히, 전자기기의 에너지 효율을 높이기 위한 전자기기 내부에서의 자기간섭 제거 기술, 고감도 기반의 기체 오염물질 감지 소자 설계, 그리고 뉴로모픽 컴퓨팅을 위한 신소재 기반의 메모리 및 시냅스 소자 개발에 주력하고 있습니다. 또한, 나노구조 물질과 전자적 특성을 접목한 혁신적인 센서 및 메모리 소자에 대한 기초 연구를 지속적으로 수행하고 있습니다.
