연구실 소개
하종원 교수의 연구실은 이식의학 분야에서 활동하며, 특히 고위험 이식 환자군의 치료 성과 향상과 이식 생존율을 높이기 위한 임상적 연구를 중심으로 진행하고 있습니다. 약물 대사 유전자 다형성(예: CYP3A5)이 타크로리무스 농도 조절과 급성 기각 반응에 미치는 영향, 확대 기증자 신장의 이식 결과 분석, 그리고 근접한 빈사 상태 기증자에서 기인한 진균 감염의 전파 위험성 등 실질적인 임상 문제를 중심으로 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 모바일 건강 관리 앱의 효과성 평가 및 기부자 시스템 개선 전략에 대한 연구를 통해 이식 생태계 전반의 질적 향상을 추구하고 있습니다.

There has been a significant growth in the number of deceased donors in Korea since the appropriate deceased organ donation system was launched. A comprehensive national program is required to improve deceased donation and achieve self-sufficiency.

Scedosporium spp. is the most common mold infection in pneumonia resulting from near-drowning.
