연구실 소개
박준빈 교수의 연구실은 관상동맥질환의 위험도 평가 및 예후 예측을 위한 비침습적 영상유도 생체지표와 생화학적 바이오마커를 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 특히 혈관 내막에 작용하는 혈류저항력(저항력) 측정, 심장마그네틱共振 영상, 동맥경화성 변화의 정량적 평가 등으로 고위험 병변의 조기 진단과 개인 맞춤형 치료 전략 수립을 목표로 하고 있습니다. 비만, 대사 이상, 지용량 수치의 변동성 등 대사적 요인과 심혈관계 예후 간의 연관성에 대해서도 심층적으로 분석하고 있습니다.
