연구실 소개
김정인 교수의 연구실은 방사선 옹호 치료 및 생물학적 기반의 고도화된 치료 기술 개발을 핵심으로 합니다. 특히 탄소 이온 방사선 치료, 3D 프린팅을 활용한 고정용 보조기구 개발, 그리고 고해상도 방사선 품질보증 기법을 통해 암 치료의 정밀도와 안정성을 향상시키는 데 주력하고 있습니다. 또한 세균 내토소의 면역 반응 메커니즘을 해독하는 생물학적 연구를 병행하여, 치료 기술의 기초 과학적 근거를 강화하고 있습니다.

15Lipopolysaccharide, the endotoxin of Gram-negative bacteria, induces extensive immune responses that can lead to fatal septic shock syndrome. Patient repositioning based on the target volume (Soft plan) can relatively retain the target coverage for patients and the OARs remain at a clinically tolerance level during the treatment course. The Adaptive plan did not clinically improve for the dose delivered to OARs, it kept the dose delivered to the target volume constant. The aim of this work was to investigate correlations between 2D and quasi-3D gamma passing rates. The Colli-VMAT plans with smaller angular sections could be suitable in the clinic for multiple brain targets as well as for irregularly shaped targets. Determination of the optimal collimator rotation generally showed good normal tissue sparing and MU reduction for multiple brain targets.
