연구실 소개
한정규 교수의 연구실은 심혈관 질환 치료를 위한 혁신적 세포 치료 전략 개발에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 피부 섬유아교세포를 기능성 내피세포로 직접 전환시키는 전환 기술과 PPAR-δ 수용체를 타겟으로 한 혈관 형성 유도 약물 개발을 핵심 연구 방향으로 삼고 있으며, 이는 허혈성 순환기질환의 새로운 치료법으로의 응용 가능성을 제시하고 있습니다. 또한, 혈관 조영술 기반의 병변 평가 기준 개선 및 개인 맞춤형 치료 전략 수립에도 기여하고 있습니다.
