연구실 소개
신정원 교수의 연구실은 피부 노화 및 피부질환의 분자 기전을 규명하고, 이를 기반으로 안전하고 효과적인 치료 전략을 개발하는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 특히 산화 스트레스, 염증 반응, ECM 변화 등이 연관된 피부 노화 메커니즘과 대기오염물질이 유도하는 피부 손상에 대한 천연물질(예: 레스베라트롤, 진신단리Rb1)의 보호 작용을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. 또한 신경염증 및 신경퇴행성질환에서의 면역반응 조절 메커니즘에 대해서도 기초적 연구를 수행하고 있습니다.
