석준걸 교수의 연구실은 뇌신경외과 및 청력·소리기능 분야에서 첨단 영상진단과 인공지능 기반 분석을 융합한 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 특히 뇌신경외과 질환의 정밀 진단을 위한 3D 프린팅 기반 개인 맞춤형 해부 모델 개발과 함께, 외과적 시술 전 환자 소통을 위한 시각적 도구로서의 활용 가능성을 탐색하고 있습니다. 또한, 청력 기능 평가 및 외과적 결과 예측을 위한 딥러닝 기반 영상 분석 모델 개발을 통해 임상적 정확도를 향상시키는 데 초점을 맞추고 있습니다.

Parameters measured by singing VRP showed a trend similar to the change in VHI-10 and the maximum F<sub>0</sub> of standard VRP. These findings suggest that dedifferentiation in thyroid cancer is associated with an immunosuppressive TME that promotes tumor progression. Therapeutic strategies targeting JAK-STAT and VEGF pathways, or enhancing NK cell activity, may hold promises for aggressive thyroid cancers. Further studies with larger cohorts are necessary to validate these findings and develop targeted therapies for aggressive thyroid cancers.
