연구실 소개

김영수 교수의 연구실은 암 치료를 위한 표적 치료 전략과 신경퇴행성 질환의 예방 및 치료 메커니즘을 중심으로 연구를 진행하고 있습니다. TRAIL 유도 apoptosis, PPARγ 활성화를 통한 암세포 감수성 향상, COX-2 발현 조절 메커니즘 등 암 생물학적 기전을 규명하며, 동시에 신경세포 보호 작용을 보이는 항산화 물질(SFN)의 알츠하이머병 치료 잠재성에 대해서도 탐구하고 있습니다. 특히, 표적 세포에 특이적으로 약물 전달이 가능한 펩타이드 기반 시스템 개발도 함께 진행하고 있습니다.
